We are a couple looking to sublet our lovely and quiet 3 ½ apartment in the heart of the plateau for 4 months this summer (beginning 8 may). The flat is conveniently located on Chambord and Mont-Royal, a few minutes from the Mont-royal and Laurier metro stations. Shopping, restaurants, bars, cafés internet, parks, commodities… available steps away.
On the second floor of a condo, it’s a very sunny place with two balconies. The apartment is set up for a couple but it would also be perfect for one person. There is a full-size bed, a pull-out sofa which can sleep 2, dining table with 6 chairs, 2 desks. Our spacious kitchen is very well equipped : washer, micro-wave, oven, toaster, fridge…
Heat, hot water, phone call (only Montreal), and electricity are included in the rent.

Nous sommes un couple souhaitant sous-louer notre joli 3 ½ au coeur du Plateau pour 4 mois cet été (à partir du 8 mai). L’appartement est calme et très bien situé sur Chambord (coin Mont-Royal), à quelque minutes des métros Mont-Royal et Laurier. Epiceries, magasins, restaurants, parcs, cafés internet… sont à quelques pas.
Situé au second (et dernier) étage d’un condo, cet apartement est ensoleillé et possède deux balcons. Il est idéal pour un couple mais convient parfaitement à une personne seule. Il y a un lit deux places, un canapé convertible 2 places, une table avec 6 chaises, 2 bureaux. Notre spacieuse cuisine est très bien équipée: laveuse, frigo, four, toaster, micro-ondes…
Chauffage, électricité, eau chaude et appels intraurbains sont inclus dans le prix de la location.
